Ailments and Miscellaneous Information

These are pictures of ailments, problems, or strange things I have experienced. Every chinchilla owner I have met has had at least one of these problems, whether or not they admit it.

You will encounter them as you acquire more chinchillas over a length of time. Over 6 years I went from one, peaked at 60, then settled to around 15 good breeders with 10-15 kits, growing young adults, or rescues at any one time. The information here reflects my experiences and research.
